Refund policy

All More Than Companions products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing/manufacturing error, please contact us at hello@morethancompanions.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order details. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us and we'll make it right.
