At More Than Companions, all of our products are made to order. This means your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Processing & Delivery

Because our products are made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production times can vary depending on the product, print provider, season, and order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. For U.S. orders, standard shipping options generally range from approximately 2–8 business days of transit, depending on the shipping option and product. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and shipping destination. Our shipping rates are based on the fulfillment and shipping costs provided by our print providers.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or has not received tracking updates for an extended period, please contact us at hello@morethancompanions.com and we'll be happy to help.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. More Than Companions is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

International Orders
